At Gut Morhard in Königsbrunn, a little town in the south of Augsburg, we had a workshop on the topic benevolence and protection of animals on May 10th Wednesday.
Gut Morhard is owned by the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Augsburg. Apart from being a home for old and rare domestic animals the people there want to promote this philosophy to children and adults and arouse empathy for animals and nature.
On our guided tour we discussed the exploitation of domestic animals like bees, hens and riding horses. It was amazing to see how happy the goats could live there without the necessity to be useful for us human beings.

After our visit to Gut Morhard the Spanish pupils showed us how to cook delicious Spanish food.
