Erasmus: Songs against Racism & Hate
In cooperation with the Kinodreieck Augsburg, the Diversity Working Group, the Just Kids Festival, the Integration Advisory Board and the Grandhotel Cosmopolis, we organised a small film festival as part of the “International Weeks against Racism”.
During the period from 19.03. to 31.03.2023, five thematic films with the focus “Fight and Resistance against Racism” invited not only to just watch, but also to reflect and discuss. In addition, on 30.03.2023 from 7 p.m. the turntables were warming up in the Grandhotel under the motto “Music against the Right”. This DJ and music evening with “Songs against Racism & Hate” marked the end of the week’s program for our Erasmus exchange students.
On Friday it was time to say goodbye – until we meet again in Romania, Spain and France! We are more than excited to see what our partners will present to us in terms of opportunities and projects in their countries that show how we can work together in solidarity for a fairer world. The first trip will take us to Rodez/France in October.
Because our Spanish partners could not participate in this exchange week due to a strike and could not come to Augsburg until May, we came up with an extra program for them. Stay tuned!
