Erasmus: Workshop “Let’s cook together”

New recipes usually arouse our curiosity and quickly provide topics for conversation. Such an exchange can be even more interesting if the different dishes are prepared and tried out together. Therefore a cooking workshop with recipes from the participating partner countries could not be missing in the program for our Erasmus guests.

Peculiarities of the different cultures in terms of dishes, spices, cooking and eating behavior were automatically addressed and explained between cutting, frying and stirring. The students were also actively involved in planning and purchasing the necessary ingredients. In this process, they also got to talk about food prices, consumption and shopping habits.

But the best part is the fun you have together in the kitchen and of course the delicious food!

Other exciting workshops included the joint construction of an insect oasis and of  two raised beds.
