Erasmus: Mindmaps on global nutrition

Right at the beginning of the first exchange week the pupils from Augsburg, Suceava and Rodez presented their mind maps on the topic of world nutrition to each other. The mind maps dealt with the production conditions of food, fair trade and respective eating habits. The results were debated and discussed: How is food produced and what resources are wasted in the process? Is meat consumption harmful to the climate and could a vegan diet be the solution? How can it be that refugees in Europe are exploited on vegetable plantations? Who can change the world in these fields to the better? Politics? Agriculture? Fair Trade? Consumers? Exciting new perspectives, ideas and thoughts emerged from the exchange on all sides. A good start!

 

 

 

After lunch, they had a guided Augsburg city tour on the topic of water next.
